Job Description

Education and Experience 3+ years experience managing social media accounts Experience in aesthetics, medspa, or plastic surgery preferred Pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Videography, Graphic Design, or related field preferred Proficiency in tools such as: Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Rush, or similar editing software Strong skills in video filming and editing (short-form content required) Creative eye with a strong understanding of social media trends Comfortable working in a clinical setting and filming patients Highly organized, proactive, and a self-starter.
Responsibilities What You'll Do:
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content Film and edit Reels, TikToks, before/afters, and educational videos Capture patient testimonials and in-office content Design graphics and social posts using Canva and Adobe tools Assist with paid social ads (Meta, TikTok) Stay on top of trends and bring fresh content ideas Engage with followers and help build an online community Assist in the writing and design of patient communication materials and marketing materials including emails, point of sale displays, newsletters, monthly and quarterly promotional materials, seminar materials, etc.

How would you create a 90-day marketing strategy for a cosmetic practice looking to: Increase qualified leads Improve social engagement Generate before-and-after content Convert followers into consultations Please be specific about platforms, content ideas, ad strategy, and reporting. What marketing tools, platforms, and software are you experienced using at an advanced level? Please explain your level of experience with tools such as: Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Canva / Adobe Creative Suite CRM & marketing automation systems AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.) Analytics/reporting tools Scheduling platforms Also explain how you use these tools to improve efficiency and results. Why are you specifically a strong fit for this position? We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, creative, data-driven, and capable of independently executing marketing campaigns without constant oversight. Describe a social media or digital marketing campaign you personally planned and executed from start to finish.
