Our products are specified by architects, landscape architects, designers, builders, and discerning homeowners who demand the best. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Director of Brand & Marketing to help elevate Lumacast into one of the most recognized luxury outdoor living brands in North America. Position Summary This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who understands luxury brands, storytelling, customer psychology, digital marketing, AI-powered workflows, and business growth. You will work directly with the Founder and lead all aspects of marketing strategy, brand development, campaign execution, digital growth, trade marketing, analytics, and team leadership. You'll inherit an established creative team, extensive visual assets, and a strong market position. Your responsibility is to build the systems, strategy, and marketing engine that drives Lumacast's next stage of growth. What You'll Do Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and evolve the Lumacast brand story Develop brand messaging and positioning strategies Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints Strengthen brand awareness and market leadership Marketing Leadership Create and execute annual marketing plans Develop measurable KPIs and reporting systems Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships Lead and mentor internal creative and marketing resources Digital Growth Oversee paid media strategy and performance Improve website conversion rates and customer experience Develop email marketing and automation initiatives Implement AI tools and workflows across the marketing department Analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities Product Launches & Campaigns Lead product launch strategy and execution Develop campaign concepts and marketing narratives Coordinate advertising, content, and promotional initiatives Balance short-term revenue goals with long-term brand building Trade Program Growth Expand relationships with architects, landscape architects, builders, and designers Develop trade-specific marketing programs and materials Support industry events, trade shows, and partnership initiatives Creative Leadership Work closely with our photography and content team Guide creative direction while maintaining the integrity of the brand Help elevate content quality, storytelling, and campaign execution Performance & Analytics Track marketing effectiveness and ROI Build dashboards and reporting processes Identify opportunities for optimization and growth Present recommendations directly to company leadership QualificationsRequired 7+ years of marketing leadership experience Experience building premium, luxury, or design-focused brands Strong understanding of brand strategy and storytelling Experience managing creative teams and outside agencies Expertise in digital marketing and customer acquisition Strong analytical and business acumen Experience implementing modern AI tools and workflows Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Luxury consumer products Furniture and home furnishings Architecture or design industries Hospitality brands Outdoor living products Founder-led growth companies What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months, you will: Elevate the Lumacast brand position within the luxury outdoor living market Improve website conversion performance Expand and strengthen our trade program Build scalable marketing systems and processes Increase efficiency through AI and automation Improve campaign performance and customer engagement Help establish Lumacast as the premier luxury fire feature brand in North America Compensation & Benefits $130,000 - $160,000 annual salary Performance bonus opportunity Paid time off Health benefits Career growth opportunities Direct collaboration with company leadership Opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing luxury brand Why Join Lumacast?
