5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within professional services, legal, consulting, financial services, healthcare, or other relationship-driven industries Proven success leading growth-focused marketing strategies, demand generation, and client acquisition initiatives Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and performance-based budgets with a strong focus on ROI and conversion outcomes Strong understanding of marketing within regulated or reputation-sensitive environments Demonstrated ability to develop and execute organization-wide marketing and business development strategies aligned with measurable business goals Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations, client services, or intake teams to improve customer experience and conversion performance Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, communications, and client development initiatives Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging CRM systems, analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to guide strategy and performance optimization Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and the ability to translate insights into action Collaborative, relationship-focused leader who fosters accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
