This role carries dual responsibilities spanning both the Automotive and Embedded IoT segments and requires a globally minded marketer who can navigate the complexity of multi-regional execution across the US, Europe, and Asia — working in close and ongoing alignment with MediaTek's Taiwan headquarters. The role involves approximately 50% international travel to Europe and Asia, including regular collaboration with MediaTek's Taiwan HQ and Europe marketing, product, and business units. The ideal candidate brings a powerful combination of deep automotive technology and embedded IoT market fluency, B2B enterprise marketing expertise, and a proven ability to build compelling campaigns and assets that resonate with senior-level audiences including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, embedded system integrators, automotive technology partners, IoT platform providers, and fleet and mobility decision-makers. You will serve as both a strategic architect and a hands-on executor — translating complex automotive silicon, embedded systems and IoT connectivity stories into differentiated messaging and integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline, awareness, and influence. What You'll Do As the Sr. Manager of Automotive & Embedded IoT B2B Marketing, you will be a central force in building MediaTek's presence and credibility across the intelligent vehicle, embedded systems, and connected IoT ecosystem:
Go-to-Market Strategy Ownership:
Develop and lead comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for MediaTek's Dimensity Auto portfolio — including Dimensity Auto Cockpit (AI-powered in-vehicle computing, infotainment, and multi-display experiences), Dimensity Auto Connect (5G, Wi-Fi 7, V2X, NTN/satellite, and GNSS), Dimensity Auto Drive (ADAS and autonomous driving), and Dimensity Auto Components — as well as MediaTek's Embedded IoT portfolio spanning smart home, industrial IoT, edge AI, wearables, and connected edge devices, tailored to key target audiences such as global automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, system integrators, IoT platform providers, and fleet technology providers.
Integrated Campaign Execution:
Drive end-to-end campaign planning and execution across multiple channels — including digital advertising, content marketing, executive thought leadership, industry events, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email, and social media — to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline across both the automotive technology and embedded IoT ecosystems, with region-specific execution across US, EU, and Asia markets.
Compelling Narrative & Content Development:
Partner with Taiwan HQ business unit and engineering teams to translate highly technical automotive silicon and embedded IoT capabilities into clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks, white papers, solution briefs, videos, blog posts, keynote presentations, and web content that speaks to both technical and business audiences.
Event & Ecosystem Marketing:
Lead marketing strategy and execution for key automotive, embedded, and IoT industry events, trade shows, and conferences across the US, Europe, and Asia, encompassing sponsorships, speaking opportunities, executive roundtables, and on-site activations that elevate MediaTek's brand and deepen relationships across the automotive and IoT value chains. This role requires approximately 50% international travel to Europe and Asia to support events, customer engagements, partner activities, and Taiwan HQ alignment visits.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate closely with US, EU and Taiwan HQ product marketing, business units, engineering, Sales, and external agencies to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment across all customer touchpoints and regional markets, with particular sensitivity to the nuances of European, North American, and Asia-Pacific automotive and embedded IoT audiences.
Partner & Ecosystem Co-Marketing:
Support and amplify co-marketing initiatives with MediaTek's strategic automotive and embedded IoT partners — including Tier-1 suppliers, connectivity module makers, cloud platform providers, and industrial IoT solution partners — to drive joint market presence and credibility.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
Oversee targeted digital marketing programs including LinkedIn, programmatic display, SEM, and content syndication, with a strong focus on reaching engineering leaders, embedded system architects, product decision-makers, and C-suite executives across the global automotive and IoT industries.
Data-Driven Growth:
Define, track, and report on campaign KPIs and marketing performance metrics across both automotive and embedded IoT programs and across US, EU, and APAC regions. Use data and insights to continuously optimize programs, improve ROI, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to business outcomes and pipeline generation. Main Requirements and Qualifications Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of B2B technology marketing experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years directly focused on automotive technology, embedded systems, IoT, mobility, ADAS/autonomous driving, connected vehicle, or automotive semiconductor/silicon marketing.
- Strong understanding of the automotive technology landscape, including familiarity with cockpit SoCs, ADAS platforms, connectivity standards, functional safety requirements, and the broader intelligent vehicle ecosystem, as well as embedded IoT platforms, edge AI, and connected device architectures.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns spanning digital, content, events, and ABM that drive measurable pipeline and brand impact with OEM, Tier-1, and embedded IoT audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working across US, European, and/or Asia-Pacific markets, with an ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-regional organizational dynamics, including direct collaboration with Asia-based headquarters teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% internationally to Europe and Asia, including regular visits to MediaTek's Taiwan headquarters.

Salary range:
$171,200-$244,000 annually Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short- and long-term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
