The Sr. Director of Americas Field Marketing at Cohesity plays a critical role in driving regional demand generation and pipeline acceleration strategies that support revenue growth and customer engagement. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Partner, and Product Marketing teams to design and execute impactful, data-driven programs that showcase Cohesity's leadership in AI-powered data security, management, and resilience. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep collaboration skills to deliver measurable impact across the field marketing ecosystem.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Regional Strategy & Planning Develop and lead comprehensive field marketing plans aligned to regional sales goals and Cohesity's global go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Partner with regional sales leadership to define priorities, identify opportunities, and drive cohesive execution across accounts and verticals. Manage regional marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Pipeline Generation & Acceleration Build and execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns — including events, digital, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner programs — that generate awareness, demand, and pipeline growth. Analyze funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities and deliver insights on marketing's contribution to revenue. Implement data-backed nurture and acceleration programs to advance opportunities through the sales cycle. Sales Enablement & Alignment Serve as the key liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring field programs directly support territory and pipeline objectives. Develop localized assets, competitive positioning tools, and industry-specific content to equip sellers for success. Contribute to QBRs and regional planning sessions with actionable marketing insights. Event Leadership & Brand Experience Lead execution of Cohesity-branded field events, customer roundtables, tradeshows, and executive engagements. Ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all customer touchpoints in collaboration with global marketing teams. Amplify customer advocacy stories that demonstrate the business impact of Cohesity's data security and management solutions. Partner & Ecosystem Marketing Collaborate with alliance and channel partners — including Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, and ServiceNow — to co-create and execute regional marketing initiatives. Develop joint GTM programs that expand Cohesity's reach and highlight the strength of its partner ecosystem.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior field or regional marketing leadership within enterprise software, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure. Proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact in collaboration with enterprise sales teams. Strong understanding of ABM, demand generation, and integrated campaign frameworks. Expertise with Salesforce, Marketo (or equivalent), and data analytics tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. #LI-SC1 Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
