MARKETING MANAGER SAME

  • 9:00 AM-5:00 PM SAME is seeking a highly strategic, creative, and forward-facing Marketing Manager to lead the brand's marketing initiatives across digital, retail, partnerships, launches, and customer engagement.
This role is ideal for someone deeply immersed in fashion, luxury, and culture who understands how to build brand awareness while driving measurable business growth. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the brand narrative across all customer touchpoints, overseeing campaign execution, brand partnerships, launch strategy, retail marketing, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands and understands both creative storytelling and performance-driven marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and execute brand marketing initiatives across eCommerce, retail, wholesale, launches, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Develop and oversee seasonal marketing calendars aligned with product drops, store openings, retail activations, and key business moments
  • Manage campaign strategy and execution across email, SMS, paid media, partnerships, events, and customer marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with creative, PR, social, eCommerce, and retail teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels
  • Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, launches, events, gifting initiatives, and brand activations
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, marketing vendors, and strategic partners
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement data to optimize future marketing strategies
  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness initiatives across digital and physical retail channels
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies for retail stores, pop-ups, and international expansions
  • Stay informed on fashion, luxury, cultural, and digital marketing trends to help evolve the brand's positioning and growth strategy
  • Ensure all outward-facing marketing aligns with the elevated aesthetic, voice, and positioning of
SAME QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4-7+ years of experience in fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle marketing
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, campaign development, and customer engagement
  • Experience overseeing campaigns across email, SMS, partnerships, retail marketing, and paid media initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong eye for branding, luxury positioning, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and highly solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics platforms preferred
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, design, and culture DETAILS
