South San Francisco, CA Senior Experience Designer (Healthcare/Pharma + AI) We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer (Senior Staff, Principal, Lead, or Senior Manager level) to join our design leadership team and drive the end-to-end design of digital products.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of UX/Product/Experience Design experience Strong hands-on expertise with Figma Experience designing digital products, SaaS platforms, workflows, and enterprise applications Proven ability to contribute to product strategy and design execution Experience partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, CX, Research, and Engineering teams Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Experience designing AI/GenAI-powered products
