Temecula California 92590 (Hybrid/On-Site) About the Opportunity A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead strategic initiatives across multiple service lines, including Urgent Care, Pediatrics, and Primary Care. This high-impact leadership opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to shape the future of healthcare marketing. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines strategic vision, technical marketing expertise, and strong people management skills. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets from the ground up. Drive brand growth and patient acquisition across multiple outpatient healthcare service lines. Partner closely with executive leadership, including the CMO and Vice President of Marketing, to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals. Team Management Lead and mentor an internal creative team of approximately seven professionals, including videographers, photographers, and content creators. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on coaching and professional development. Campaign Management Launch and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Oversee campaigns designed to increase Medicare enrollment, new patient visits, and brand awareness. Data Analytics & Reporting Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient enrollment and visit volume. Establish reporting cadences and convert data into actionable insights. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to evaluate performance. Vendor & Agency Management Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing vendors. Apply deep technical expertise to hold partners accountable for performance and ROI. Innovation & AI Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI, to streamline marketing operations and enhance patient engagement. Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities. Significant experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within outpatient or ambulatory settings. Strong understanding of California's healthcare market, including payer-provider dynamics. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, especially Google Ads. Proven ability to build marketing plans and budgets from scratch. Experience managing internal teams and external agencies. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in primary care, urgent care, pediatrics, or other ambulatory healthcare settings. Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Demonstrated use of AI to improve efficiency and marketing effectiveness. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
