Job Description

Description We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to guide execution across a diverse portfolio of campaigns for a health care company based in Temecula, California. This role oversees day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring initiatives are delivered on schedule, aligned with brand standards, and measured against clear performance goals. The Director of Marketing will work closely with patient acquisition partners to strengthen demand generation, increase appointment volume, and support long-term patient engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the marketing function by directing priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality campaigns with consistent execution.
  • Oversee the planning and rollout of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including service line promotions, location launches, and community-focused events.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and performance indicators to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with patient acquisition stakeholders to improve the conversion of marketing interest into scheduled appointments and ongoing patient relationships.
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, messaging, and audience touchpoints while adapting strategies for different programs and markets.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend adjustments that improve results.
  • Guide the development of tactical marketing plans that increase visibility, support growth goals, and strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate deliverables, streamline execution, and resolve issues that may affect campaign outcomes. Requirements
  • Proven experience leading marketing teams with accountability for campaign execution and measurable business results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, brand development, and strategic planning.
  • Background in B2B marketing and demand generation with an ability to connect marketing activity to conversion outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other reporting tools used to assess campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements for campaigns and team processes.
