This position is focused on generating qualified leads, improving marketing performance, and supporting business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing channels, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition and return on investment. Essential Job Functions Develop and implement marketing strategies designed to increase qualified termite inspection appointments and pest control sales opportunities. Manage and optimize lead-generation channels, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, local search platforms, online directories, reputation management, and website marketing. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, booking rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue attribution. Improve website performance, landing pages, customer acquisition funnels, and conversion rates. Evaluate, manage, and coordinate with marketing vendors, agencies, consultants, and technology providers. Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities, channels, and strategies to support business growth. Develop and maintain tracking, reporting, and attribution systems to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with company leadership to establish marketing goals, budgets, and growth initiatives. Support the development of scalable marketing systems that can adapt to changing business needs and growth objectives. Preferred Qualifications Experience in lead-generation marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field. Experience supporting home service industries such as pest control, termite, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, restoration, landscaping, or similar service-based businesses is preferred but not required. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, conversion rate optimization, website analytics, and digital marketing platforms. Experience analyzing marketing performance data and making recommendations based on measurable results. Strong organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Performance Expectations Success in this role may be measured through factors such as: Growth in qualified lead volume.
