Duties Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to boost brand visibility and engagement. Manage daily operations of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content such as graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual design. Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach. Monitor social listening tools to analyze audience sentiment, track brand mentions, and gather insights for continuous improvement. Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize ROI. Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and coordinate outreach efforts through relationship management strategies. Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to measure campaign performance; prepare reports to inform future marketing initiatives. Oversee graphic design projects ensuring visual consistency across all channels while maintaining branding standards. Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments or messages, fostering a vibrant online community. Coordinate with e-commerce teams to align social media efforts with sales initiatives and promotional events. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography, and related tools to keep our strategies innovative. Qualifications Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Photoshop for graphic design; Adobe Creative Suite experience is essential. Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns. Excellent content creation skills including writing, editing (proofreading), photography, video editing, and graphic design. Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and audience sentiment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
