The Marketing Director provides strategic marketing support to LIV SIR offices and brokers while working closely with the full-service Majestic Realty Team to deliver specialized support services to the region. The Marketing Director reports directly to the Managing Broker of the home office and receives approval from the CMO to negotiate contracts, establish corporate sponsorships, and manage vendor relationships. The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing coordination of marketing and photography services in the region, managing the regional marketing team, and maintaining the regional marketing budget. The Marketing Director is a strong public speaker who delivers trainings and marketing presentations at weekly sales meetings and regional meetings. The Marketing Director has a deep knowledge of the Sotheby's International Realty brand and the tools and resources available, and provides strategic marketing support for new recruits and high-profile clients as needed. Principal duties and responsibilities Delivers exceptional one-on-one marketing support to agents and support staff. Identifies agents' marketing needs and develops implementation strategies to support them. Assists in the creation of marketing plans, including advertising, social media, CRM, communications, and other brand strategies for each market within the region, while maintaining and adhering to specified budgets. Negotiates vendor, publication, and supply contracts as necessary. Manages the delegation, workflow, and operation of marketing plans. Communicates regional initiatives via company-identified programs. Serves as a community liaison for local events and develops and maintains favorable relationships with community leaders. Presents marketing initiatives, media plans, and other marketing training items. Oversees marketing coordination, listing material support services, and photography services based on company's business model. Creates and approves special marketing requests for brokers and leadership. Assists with listing presentations for high-profile listings. Serves as a liaison between agents and the Marketing Team to ensure requests are communicated accurately and deliverables are completed on time. Presents marketing team updates at weekly sales meetings and at regional combined meetings as needed. Leads onboarding and training for new agents on marketing tools, best practices, and resources. Knowledge, skills, and abilities 2 to 5 years of marketing experience required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Solid understanding of marketing channels and platforms, including social, digital, email, and paid advertising. Strong knowledge of marketing trends and best practices. Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Working knowledge of graphic design programs (i.e., InDesign, PhotoShop) Experience in real estate or a customer service environment is a plus. Working knowledge of Ninja best practices is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Salary range dependent upon experience. Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays.
Full-time in-office position:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
