This role oversees multi-channel marketing efforts across digital, social media, email, paid search, print, broadcast, and in-branch promotions. The Marketing Manager ensures all campaigns are well-coordinated, compliant, on schedule, and aligned with organizational goals. A key part of this role includes managing projects, maintaining workflow efficiency, and delivering accurate reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong creative abilities and experience in financial services marketing. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals and growth targets Plan, execute, and track multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, broadcast, and in-branch channels Brand & Content Management Maintain consistent brand identity across all communications and customer/member touchpoints Create and oversee marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, website updates, brochures, press releases, and communications Digital Marketing & Online Presence Oversee social media content creation, review, and approvals Support website updates, content edits, and digital campaign execution Manage email marketing, automation tools, SEO concepts, and digital advertising initiatives Project & Team Management Manage marketing workflow, deadlines, and campaign execution across the department Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects Data, Reporting & Analysis Analyze campaign performance, customer/member data, market trends, and competitor activity Prepare reports on marketing effectiveness, engagement, and overall performance Vendor & Budget Management Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, designers, and media partners Oversee marketing budgets and advertising spend to ensure alignment with approved limits Compliance & Internal Communications Ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory and industry advertising standards Provide internal communication tools and promotional materials to support branch or office teams Design & Creative Oversight Develop campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) Oversee creative direction and ensure consistency and quality across all materials Required Skills & Qualifications Strong strategic marketing and campaign planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication (copywriting, editing, presentation skills; ~70 WPM typing preferred) Experience with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) Strong data analysis and reporting abilities Excellent project management and organizational skills Creative mindset with strong attention to branding and design consistency Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and vendor management skills Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to represent the organization in community and outreach initiatives Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or similar regulated industry Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, traditional) Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required Experience creating marketing content (ads, campaigns, newsletters, social media, etc.) Experience analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven recommendations Knowledge of Northern California markets and community engagement preferred Supervisory or project leadership experience preferred
