What You Will Do As Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic growth and evolution of the WILDE portfolio, helping bring structure, insight, and scalable processes to a fast-moving organization. You'll partner cross-functionally across marketing, sales, finance, and operations to drive innovation, optimize portfolio performance, and develop long-term brand strategies that fuel sustainable growth. You'll serve as both a strategic thought partner and people leader while guiding brand direction, mentoring team members, and helping translate entrepreneurial vision into actionable business plans.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of 3-year portfolio growth strategies focused on sales, margin expansion, and innovation Drive key growth initiatives including packaging updates, new product launches, and integrated marketing support plans Analyze business performance, syndicated data, consumer insights, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making Partner cross-functionally to influence portfolio planning, pricing architecture, and financial roll-ups Manage and optimize the innovation and portfolio calendar to align with company objectives Serve as the internal expert on consumers, category dynamics, and competitive trends Lead and mentor the Brand Manager while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment Develop and oversee annual marketing and communications plans that strengthen brand awareness and drive growth Who You Are You are both strategic and scrappy, someone who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in high-growth, 'Better-For-You' snack or shelf-stable food brands within the food industry Bachelor's Degree in a related field (MBA preferred) Experience leading, mentoring and coaching a team of at least 2 direct reports Strong project management skills with experience utilizing PM tools such as Smartsheets, or other similar tools Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of working cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and senior leadership Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas; strong focus on finding solutions Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills Data oriented with a proficiency in Nielsen, IRI or SPINS syndicated data analysis. Experience with Numerator ideal but not required A high degree of ownership and personal accountability.
