Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Manager with Content Management Skills to lead content planning, production, and distribution across both brands. Your role requires a well-rounded skillset focused on growing business and being intentional with created content. This role is ideal for a marketing-minded creator who understands how content supports business growth. Rather than serving primarily as a videographer or editor, you'll be responsible for developing content strategies, planning campaigns, coordinating production, capturing high-quality video and photo assets, and ensuring content is effectively distributed across multiple channels. You'll work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, create content roadmaps, produce compelling marketing assets, and measure performance. While hands-on video production is a key part of the role, post-production editing may be handled internally or through external partners, allowing you to focus on strategy, content creation, and execution. What You'll Do Develop and execute content marketing strategies across multiple platforms and campaigns Plan content calendars and coordinate content production for both brands Produce video, photo, and digital content that supports marketing, branding, lead generation, recruiting, and business development goals Capture interviews, property tours, behind-the-scenes content, educational content, and brand storytelling assets Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio, drone, and production equipment Coordinate and direct outsourced editors and creative partners when needed Collaborate with leadership to align content initiatives with business objectives and marketing campaigns Adapt content for websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, events, and print materials Execute formal outreach campaigns for consumers and agents including email, text and print Manage websites for companies and CRM softwares (Go High Level) Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and content formats Manage content assets, workflows, production schedules, and delivery timelines What Success Looks Like Consistent production of high-quality content that strengthens both brands Growth in audience engagement, brand awareness, and marketing performance Well-organized content pipelines and production workflows Effective use of content across social media, websites, email campaigns, events, and sales materials Strong collaboration between leadership, marketing initiatives, and creative production Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, media production, or related fields Experience developing and executing multi-channel content strategies Strong understanding of marketing, branding, storytelling, and audience engagement Experience operating professional cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment Ability to independently plan and execute content shoots Strong organizational and project management skills Comfort managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors Comfort working in-person and participating in content production throughout the Denver metro area Nice to Have Real estate, investing, entrepreneurship, or home services industry experience Experience with Go High Level CRM Drone experience and FAA Part 107 certification Experience managing freelancers, editors, agencies, or creative vendors Knowledge of social media growth strategies and content distribution Photography experience Familiarity with content analytics and performance reporting Experience creating marketing assets for web, print, presentations, and events Benefits Paid time off Sick pay Health Insurance Salary increases based on performance
