Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategy and Experience Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand presence across all touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning everything from brand narrative and storytelling to go-to-market initiatives and customer experience across digital, physical, and sales channels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly cross-functional environment, taking full ownership of how the brand shows up in the world while proactively driving ideas from concept to completion with minimal direction. This role plays a critical part in translating who we are into a modern and relevant brand presence that drives awareness, supports our sales team, and positions us for continued growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy and Governance Own and evolve brand positioning, voice, and visual guidelines Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints including digital platforms, physical environments, and sales materials Act as the internal steward of the brand and align teams around a clear and unified narrative Deeply understand our products, customers, history, and key differentiators and bring that story to life in a way that is clear and authentic 2. Go To Market and Sales Enablement Partner closely with Sales to shape go to market strategies and outreach efforts Develop messaging and storytelling that drives interest and opens doors Actively build PowerPoint presentations for sales including pitch decks, custom presentations, and key account materials Work directly with sales teams to determine what content is needed and assemble presentations using the most relevant and up to date assets Translate complex offerings into clear and differentiated value propositions 3. Content Strategy and Demand Generation Own and execute a consistent content cadence with a focus on LinkedIn and direct outreach channels Proactively identify stories within the business and bring them to market quickly and effectively Collaborate with internal teams to capture and develop content including photos, videos, and written materials Drive brand awareness and engagement through consistent and relevant storytelling Identify new opportunities for campaigns, outreach, and audience engagement 4. Product and Collection Storytelling Partner with Design and Sales teams to develop narratives for new collections and product launches Translate product features into meaningful customer value and industry relevance Ensure each launch is supported by clear messaging and supporting materials 5. Visual Direction and Brand Expression Guide the visual expression of the brand across presentations, campaigns, product launches, and content Use tools such as mood boards, references, and visual frameworks to communicate ideas and align teams Partner with designers and multimedia resources to ensure outputs are cohesive, on brand, and high quality Maintain a strong level of visual consistency and taste across all brand expressions 6. Digital Experience and Website Oversee the structure, content, and ongoing evolution of the company website Ensure the site is simple, intuitive, and effective for B2B customers Continuously improve clarity, usability, and alignment with brand and sales goals 7. Brand Experience and Activation Lead the planning, messaging, and execution of trade shows, pop up showrooms, and brand activations Ensure alignment across teams so that the brand shows up consistently and clearly in physical environments Support sales teams with the tools and messaging needed to present a unified story 8. Asset Library Development and Management Build and maintain a centralized, well-organized library of brand and product assets including product images, in store photography, portfolio examples, and supporting materials Consolidate assets from multiple sources into one easy to navigate system that is accessible to the broader team Establish clear organization and naming conventions so teams can quickly find and use what they need Regularly update the library to reflect current offerings and ensure accuracy Archive outdated or discontinued product imagery to avoid confusion and ensure only current materials are actively used Enable sales and internal teams to independently access high quality assets for presentations and customer communication 9. Resourcefulness and Execution Operate effectively within a lean team environment without large internal creative resources Take initiative to move work forward without waiting for direction Identify ways to get work done using available resources including internal teams, external partners, and personal skillsets Step in to support execution when needed including presentations and light design workRequirements:
What It Takes to Succeed Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles Proven ability to develop brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies Strong experience partnering with sales teams to support revenue growth Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both written and visual Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and visually strong presentations Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive work independently Operates as a self-starter with a high level of initiative, ownership, and a proactive, resourceful mindset Exhibits strong intellectual curiosity and a drive to deeply understand the business, products, and customers Brings a clear point of view on brand storytelling and effectively communicates what makes a brand unique and differentiated Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and limited structure or resources Collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams and contributes to a highly engaged, connected culture Takes an observant, hands-on approach by identifying real-time opportunities and translating them into compelling brand content and stories Applies a strong eye for design and visual storytelling, with the ability to define aesthetic standards and guide execution Respects and builds upon established brand heritage while evolving the brand thoughtfully and strategically Bonus Points Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Ability to support light design or content creation when needed Experience in business to business, retail, design, or experiential environments Familiarity with content performance and campaign metricsJob Type:
