Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and harness the power of social media to engage audiences, boost brand awareness, and drive business growth. Your expertise in digital marketing tools and creative design will be instrumental in shaping our online identity and fostering meaningful relationships with our community. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals. Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for actionable insights. Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid promotion tools to maximize reach and ROI. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, and other tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize future efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to ensure consistent messaging. Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content visibility across search engines. Oversee relationship management with influencers, partners, and media outlets to expand brand reach through strategic collaborations. Proofread all content meticulously to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism before publication. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, with demonstrated success in growing real and engaged online communities Ability to generate authentic engagement and build a genuine audience that converts into leads and enrollments. Strong judgment and common sense in content creation, communication, and brand representation. High level of integrity and honesty in reporting metrics, performance, and daily work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including CANVA, Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design projects. Strong knowledge of social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand sentiment and industry trends. Skilled in video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content. Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in public relations strategies and relationship management is a plus.
