WFP USA is seeking a creative, analytical, data-driven Manager, Digital Marketing to jointly design and manage the execution of WFP USA core marketing programs, brand awareness and acquisition campaigns, as well as the organization's paid digital strategy and online marketing efforts. This proven team-player will provide thought leadership on new and tried-and-true ways to reach and gain the attention of target audiences, formulate and implement best-practices and measurement tools that provide enhanced opportunities to engage with them.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing programs to expand marketing reach. Build and execute high-impact optimization strategies based on web, search and CRM analytics data. Manage and implement the Facebook Advertising Program, including the creative, audience targeting and spends; determine paid opportunities on other channels such as Instagram, YouTube and Twitter. Manage paid search and display advertising/marketing channels in coordination with agency. Conduct media buying activities that include identifying new sources of customer acquisition, scoping out new areas to increase marketing spend efficiency, and defining the focus for testing/analysis/experimentation across all channels. Work in collaboration with the Social Media Strategist to coordinate web and social content that compliments paid ad program. Conceptualize, manage and implement the creative development of assets (e.g. ads, videos, animated gifs, content, text etc.) necessary to support marketing campaigns and online acquisition activities. Manage the annual budget, including the monitoring of monthly spend, setting annual KPI and targets, quarterly forecasting against lead and revenue goals, and weekly/monthly reporting against targets. Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope. Work closely with marketing, communications and development teams to update on current and future campaigns and to gather input for on-going improvements. Must be proficient in all elements of Facebook Advertising Program. Supervisory experience preferred; nonprofit experience strongly preferred. Experience handling marketing budgets and marketing reporting with ability to not only gather the appropriate data, but also glean insight to improve the performance of marketing programs. Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of initiative. Hands-on manager with the ability to work in fast-paced and high-growth environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and be willing to "roll-up your sleeves" to drive organizational change. Strong attention to detail and complex processes. Ability to work well with variety of different people at all levels of the organization. Experience in working with SEO/SEM tools, website optimization tools, and Google marketing and analytics tools. Must be passionate about solving global hunger and be inspired by the prospect of growing the audience awareness of WFP USA. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, or related field.
