Each property has its own identity, clientele, and voice, united by an unwavering commitment to hospitality and excellence. That standard extends beyond our dining rooms to every touchpoint with our guests, including how we communicate online, through social media, email, events, and brand partnerships. The Role Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants is seeking a Media & Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across the restaurant group. This is a hands-on role for someone who can create, write, analyze, and manage campaigns independently while collaborating closely with operational and culinary leadership. You will be responsible for transforming restaurant experiences—from wine dinners and holiday menus to chef collaborations and influencer events—into compelling content and campaigns that reflect the sophistication of our brands. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong business acumen and is equally comfortable behind a camera, inside an analytics dashboard, or drafting thoughtful copy. This role supports all concepts within the group, including Fiola, Fiola Mare, Del Mar, Sfoglina, Catered by FT, Chef Fabio Trabocchi's personal brand, and future ventures. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations and partners closely with culinary, events, and restaurant leadership teams. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography across all properties. Produce content featuring dishes, interiors, events, team members, and behind-the-scenes moments. Edit photos and videos into polished assets for social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and website use. Maintain a refined, natural aesthetic that aligns with luxury hospitality standards. Social Media Management Plan, create, and manage organic social content across all restaurant concepts. Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent publishing schedule. Write engaging captions, create Reels and short-form video content, and grow audience engagement while preserving each brand's unique voice. Founder's Brand Management Manage Chef Fabio Trabocchi's personal social media presence alongside the restaurant brands. Ensure consistency across channels while highlighting his role as a chef, entrepreneur, and industry leader. Paid Media & Digital Advertising Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google platforms. Manage targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance tracking. Measure return on investment and provide recommendations to maximize results and efficiency. Email Marketing & CRM Own the email marketing program from strategy through execution. Create newsletters, event invitations, wine dinner promotions, seasonal announcements, and guest communications. Manage audience segmentation, guest database organization, and retention initiatives. Analyze guest engagement and campaign performance to improve repeat visitation and loyalty. Events & Partnerships Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials for recurring and special events. Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with influencers, media partners, and brand collaborators. Coordinate influencer experiences, including outreach, scheduling, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. Website Management Maintain and update restaurant websites as needed. Ensure menus, hours of operation, event information, promotions, and seasonal offerings remain accurate and current. Copywriting & Brand Voice Write compelling copy across social media, email campaigns, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials. Protect and elevate the distinct voice of each restaurant while maintaining overall brand consistency. Draft communications on behalf of Chef Fabio Trabocchi when appropriate. Reporting & Performance Analysis Track and analyze performance across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, website traffic, and event initiatives. Translate data into actionable recommendations and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Benefits Offered:
Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance. A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits. Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment. The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment. Qualifications Required 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, luxury lifestyle, or related industries. Strong photography and videography skills, including shooting and editing original content. Exceptional writing and copyediting abilities with a demonstrated understanding of brand voice. Deep understanding of Instagram and current social media best practices. Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM audience segmentation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously. Experience coordinating influencer relationships, partnerships, and events. Basic website content management experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data. Preferred Existing relationships with Washington, DC media, influencers, photographers, or hospitality partners. Experience marketing fine dining, luxury hospitality, or chef-driven concepts. Proficiency with photo, video, and design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
