In this pivotal role, you will drive product launches, craft compelling messaging and positioning, and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing, this role requires both strategic vision and tactical execution. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional looking to lead impactful initiatives in a highly visible role. You will collaborate with a talented team of product managers, segment marketers, digital strategists, scientific experts, and regional teams to deliver exceptional results. Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and impactful delivery. Partner with regional teams to adapt global marketing strategies for local market needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and cultural considerations. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external marketing partners, fostering collaboration to execute strategic initiatives effectively. Customer Insights and Messaging Create compelling, differentiated, customer-focused messaging and positioning tailored to target markets and audiences. Define and refine customer personas, journey maps, and segmentation strategies to guide targeted marketing efforts. Engage with customers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate messaging, and enhance/refine market positioning. Campaigns and Lead Generation Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Drive customer onboarding and adoption through targeted marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Collaboration and Sales Enablement Collaborate with Product Management, R D, Segment Marketing, and Applications teams to align marketing initiatives with product features and market demands. Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, inform product positioning, and shape marketing plans. Partner with Product Management to develop and deliver sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies, and sales playbooks, to support customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or related experience Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving market adoption in highly technical industries. Advanced knowledge and expertise in crafting GTM strategies, value propositions, and customer-centric messaging. Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to guide decisions and measure marketing performance. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging technical and executive audiences.
