Canvass / Marketing Manager

Install America (Slocomb Windows), a family-owned home improvement company serving communities since 1955, is looking for an ambitious Canvass / Marketing Manager to build and lead our growing Delaware Branch. This is a rare opportunity to create a department from the ground up, and grow into a senior leadership role with a company built for expansion.

What You'll Do:

Recruit, hire, and train door-to-door canvassing representatives Build and manage multiple canvassing teams Develop daily strategies to generate qualified in-home appointments Lead from the front by motivating and coaching your team in the field Track performance metrics and improve team production Create a winning culture focused on accountability, energy, and growth

What We're Looking For:

Leadership or management experience in canvassing, direct sales, or field marketing preferred Strong recruiting and team-building skills High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset Ability to inspire others and create winning habits Experience in home improvement is a plus, but not required
