Job Description

Join us as Consumer Marketing Director for the ATTR brand team in Wilmington, DE, where you will play a pivotal role in translating scientific innovation into high-impact, insight-driven consumer engagement, particularly in low-awareness conditions where earlier identification and diagnosis are critical. This role heads the definition, design, execution, and measurement of a targeted, data-driven consumer strategy, integrating precision media, audience segmentation, and full-funnel engagement to drive measurable impact. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Commercial Operations, and Market Access to deliver results in a dynamic therapeutic area. You will own the consumer brand strategy and annual operating plan, ensuring alignment of insight-led messaging, behaviorally informed creative, and channel execution. The role also drives omnichannel engagement, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities and performance data to optimize strategy and outcomes. Main Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a clinical messaging expert and guide aligned, credible communication across stakeholders Define a compelling value proposition informed by customer, market, and patient insights Lead brand planning, budget management, and performance tracking to deliver ROI Translate media, engagement, and behavioral data into actionable strategy optimization Optimize engagement strategies to improve identification, reach, and conversion outcomes Influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on KPIs and strategic priorities Build strong relationships with KOLs, advocacy groups, and key external partners Develop advanced omnichannel media measurement frameworks, including ROI and attribution insights Lead forecasting and financial alignment to brand strategy Identify trends in patient journeys, diagnostic pathways, and market dynamics Drive precision-targeted, multi-channel marketing initiatives aligned to business goals Champion innovative approaches to accelerate competitive differentiation Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree 5+ years' experience within pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies or healthcare marketing agencies, ideally in specialty or competitive therapeutic areas At least 3 years of commercial experience Desirable Requirements, Skills and Capabilities Experience leading and executing brand strategy Strong expertise in consumer engagement, precision marketing, and digital strategy Demonstrated capability in media strategy, omnichannel execution, and performance optimization Experience working in specialty or emerging therapeutic areas requiring patient identification and education Advanced degree (Business, Marketing, or Science) preferred Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder leadership skills Proven success delivering results in complex, cross-functional environments Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation Pay Transparency / On-Site Office Policy The annual base pay for this position ranges from $190,572-$233,538 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
