Project Manager - Brand Aventura Mall - 4.0 Aventura, FL Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Managing projects Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description About the Role Turnberry is seeking a Project Manager, Brand to help lead the execution of work across our marketing team and portfolio of brands. This role serves as the operational hub between strategy and execution, partnering with teams across hospitality, residential, retail, food and beverage, and corporate initiatives to bring projects to life. You'll oversee the flow of work from intake through delivery—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, coordinating resources, and ensuring teams have what they need to do their best work. The ideal candidate comes from an agency, in-house brand, or fast-paced marketing environment and understands how to navigate multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving timelines without losing sight of the details. You're exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, and know how to bring structure to complexity while keeping work moving forward. What You'll Do Project & Workflow Management Manage the day-to-day execution of projects across Turnberry's marketing portfolio, supporting initiatives spanning hospitality, residential, retail, food and beverage, corporate, and special projects. Own the intake process, ensuring requests are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and routed to the right teams. Develop and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, and key milestones from kickoff through delivery. Facilitate status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress, timelines, and next steps. Monitor workloads and project priorities, helping teams focus on the highest-impact work while balancing competing demands. Anticipate risks, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions before issues impact delivery. Track project status, action items, approvals, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with designers, content creators, marketers, property teams, and external partners to align on deliverables and expectations. Serve as a trusted point of contact between stakeholders and the creative team, translating business objectives into clear action plans. Coordinate reviews, approvals, feedback rounds, and revisions to ensure projects remain on schedule. Support integrated campaigns and initiatives that require collaboration across multiple business verticals and disciplines. Build strong working relationships and maintain open communication with teams throughout the organization. Operations & Process Help establish and maintain systems that improve visibility, accountability, and efficiency across the marketing team. Manage project documentation, shared folders, timelines, meeting notes, and asset organization to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible. Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and version control standards across collaborative platforms. Support the administration and ongoing optimization of project management systems and workflows. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline communication, and increase team effectiveness. Production & Execution Support Coordinate logistics for content shoots, events, and production initiatives as needed, including scheduling, vendor communication, timelines, and on-site support. Support the development and delivery of a broad range of marketing assets, including campaigns, presentations, digital content, printed collateral, signage, and experiential activations. Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to the expected standard of quality. What You Bring to the Table 3-5+ years of project management experience within an agency, in-house marketing team, brand environment, or similar fast-paced setting. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows, from briefing and concept development through execution and delivery. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to manage up, across, and within teams. Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to create structure in fast-moving environments. Ability to think proactively, solve problems independently, and adapt as priorities evolve. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word. Experience working within project management systems such as Monday.com, Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Familiarity with collaborative environments including SharePoint and OneDrive. Preferred Qualifications Agency experience managing multiple clients, workstreams, and deadlines. Experience supporting hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, retail, residential, or consumer brands. Familiarity with content production, events, and vendor coordination.
