BOE Job Summary The Director of Digital Marketing leads the strategy, planning, and execution of digital and integrated marketing initiatives across the organization. This role oversees marketing budgets, digital campaign development, production of multimedia and marketing assets, and market research and analytics. The director provides leadership and mentorship to the marketing team and ensures all activities align with organizational objectives, brand standards, and established policies. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and own comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive measurable growth. Oversee and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources across channels and campaigns. Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives for existing and new offerings across digital channels. Direct the development and production of marketing and promotional materials, including digital content, video, social media, email, and event assets. Design and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion. Lead market research, audience analysis, and competitive assessments, translating findings into actionable strategy. Implement and refine processes, tools, and workflows to enhance marketing team efficiency and performance. Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all digital touchpoints and marketing materials. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational priorities. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, reporting results and recommendations to leadership. Stay current on digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, proactively identifying new opportunities. Perform other related leadership responsibilities as needed. Qualifications - Education, Skills & Certifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Skills / Certifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including substantial responsibility for digital strategy and execution. Proven track record in video development and multimedia presentations for digital channels. Extensive experience managing social media, digital campaigns, events, and conferences. Advanced project planning skills and demonstrated success leading complex, multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop key questions, interpret data, and generate actionable insights. Experience using CRM and marketing reporting tools (such as Salesforce or Dynamics); familiarity with SQL is a plus. Demonstrated creative development experience, with a focus on innovative problem-solving in digital environments. Professional Experience Self-motivated digital marketing leader with 10+ years of experience. Proven success engaging diverse audiences and segments through integrated digital strategies. Demonstrated proficiency in creating and directing video and multimedia content. Track record of leading social media initiatives and coordinating digital support for events and conferences. Extensive experience planning and executing data-driven digital campaigns. Strong ability to derive insights from data and translate them into strategic recommendations. Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics/reporting tools. Creative, strategic thinker with a history of innovative, results-oriented solutions. Effective communicator with strong writing and editing skills. Collaborative leader and team player who thrives in dynamic environments. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality, on-time work. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
