MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR
— Memory Care Community•The Gardens of Eastbrooke | Casselberry, FL (Orlando Metro) | 78-Bed Memory Care | Full-Time We need someone who fills beds — and fills them with the right residents at the right rates. No admin duties, no splitting your focus.
Just one job:
build the referral engine, run the sales process, and drive this memory care community to full census. We're at 70 of 78 beds. The building has proven demand. What it needs is a full-time closer who knows how to work discharge planners, neurologists, geriatric care managers, and elder law attorneys — and who understands the emotional dynamics of families navigating a memory care decision. What you'll own: The entire sales funnel — lead generation, tours, follow-up, and conversion. Marketing budget, community events, brand presence, digital marketing and reputation management.
What you bring:
2-5+ years of direct census-building experience in memory care or assisted living sales. A track record of hitting 95%+ occupancy. Local referral network in Seminole, Orange, or Osceola counties preferred. CRM proficiency. You track your own KPIs and know your conversion rates. Experience balancing private-pay and Medicaid admissions.
Compensation:
$50,000•58,000 base + a HUGE three-layer incentive system designed so the more beds you fill — and the higher the rate — the more you earn.
