Job Description:
As an Account Manager Level 3, you will step into a senior leadership role, overseeing the development and execution of communication strategies for key clients and managing a team of managers. You will play a critical role in strategic planning, high-level client engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of communication initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of both clients and the organization.
Job Duties:

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic communication guidance and support. Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, collaborating with the business development team to develop effective strategies. 2.
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the development of comprehensive communication strategies, incorporating market insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to drive client success. Provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring that communication plans align with client objectives and organizational goals.
Team Management:
Manage and mentor a team of Communication Account Managers, providing guidance, professional development opportunities, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Oversee team performance, setting clear goals and expectations and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators. 4.
Campaign Oversight:
Oversee the execution of complex and integrated communication campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and implementation across various communication channels. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness and achieving client objectives
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, providing strategic communication insights and contributing to high-level decision-making processes. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization. 6.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct in-depth analysis of communication initiatives and client outcomes, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and clients. Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall communication strategies and performance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. 5.
Team Management and Collaboration:

Experience/Education Required:
Bachelor's degree: A master's degree may be preferred.
Extensive experience:
Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in client management, strategic communication planning, and team leadership, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Proven success:
Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive business results and client satisfaction.
Leadership skills:
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
