AI Growth Marketing Manager

What You'll Do AI-Powered Marketing & Content Leverage AI tools to create and scale high-performing marketing campaigns Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, Opus Clip, Canva AI, and similar platforms to streamline content production Create and repurpose short-form video content for recruiting, branding, and lead generation Develop AI-assisted workflows for content creation, ad copy, email campaigns, and social media Stay ahead of emerging AI marketing trends and implement new strategies quickly Growth & Performance Marketing Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: Meta Google LinkedIn TikTok YouTube Track campaign performance, ROI, CAC, CPL, and conversion metrics Improve cost-per-applicant, cost-per-lead, and overall funnel efficiency Build scalable lead generation systems for recruiting and real estate acquisition efforts A/B test landing pages, ads, messaging, and funnels Analytics & Attribution Build dashboards and reporting systems leadership can actually use Analyze where hires, leads, and deals are truly coming from Monitor funnel drop-offs and identify optimization opportunities Create reporting around: Marketing spend Recruiting conversion rates Lead quality Campaign profitability Organic vs paid performance Help leadership make data-driven decisions instead of guessing Automation & Systems Build automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms Connect marketing systems with recruiting and sales operations Reduce manual work through automation and AI implementation Improve speed and efficiency across the business through operational thinking Brand Growth Help position us as a top brand in the real estate investment space Work closely with leadership on recruiting campaigns, office launches, events, and growth initiatives Create content strategies that attract ambitious, high-performing talent Support employer branding and social growth initiatives What We're Looking For Must-Haves Strong understanding of AI tools and modern marketing systems Experience with performance marketing and analytics Ability to understand and explain metrics, attribution, and ROI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM systems, automation platforms, and marketing dashboards Ability to move fast, test ideas, and adapt quickly Strong communication and organizational skills Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership Huge Plus If You Have Experience With Real estate marketing Recruiting marketing SEO/SEM Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager HubSpot GoHighLevel Zapier / Make AI-generated video and creative workflows Landing page optimization Conversion rate optimization (CRO) Data visualization tools Short-form content strategy Organic social growth AI prompting and workflow design What Success Looks Like Lower cost-per-hire Increased qualified applicant flow Improved lead generation efficiency Better visibility into marketing ROI Faster content production using AI More scalable systems and automations Stronger employer brand presence Leadership gaining real-time clarity into what's working Compensation & Growth Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth.
