Position Overview:
This role is responsible for leading and executing the company's marketing strategy across multiple channels and Florida markets. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting revenue growth by partnering closely with sales and leadership. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, strategic marketing leader who enjoys building scalable programs, analyzing performance, and turning insight into action. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing experience, a data-driven mindset, and the creativity to elevate the company's presence in a competitive commercial roofing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, and direct response channels to drive qualified leads and brand awareness.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Manage and optimize lead generation channels, improve conversion rates, and support customer acquisition strategies.
Brand Management:
Promote and strengthen company brand awareness across Florida markets, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning.
Digital & Website Optimization:
Oversee website performance, marketing automation tools, CRM-driven campaigns, and online advertising platforms.
Content & Collateral Development:
Manage the creation of marketing assets including sales collateral, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and digital content.
Sales Collaboration:
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development goals and improve sales effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to guide strategic decisions.
Vendor & Budget Management:
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate marketing services, and oversee the marketing budget.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and support a Marketing Coordinator while managing priorities and workflows.
Market Insight:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead generation Strong experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, email marketing, and copywriting Proven success executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Experience supporting multi-location or regional organizations preferred Background in construction, building products, or related industries is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
