Our products help boat owners, captains, engineers, service providers, dealers, and boat builders produce pure water anywhere in the world—from turning seawater into fresh drinking water to creating ultra-pure spot-free water for vessel maintenance. While many marine water systems have remained largely unchanged for decades, Spot Zero continues to push the industry forward through innovation, intelligent controls, connectivity, remote support capabilities, advanced water treatment technologies, and customer-focused product design. As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a Senior Brand & Marketing Manager who can help elevate our brand, improve marketing execution, and drive measurable business results. Marketing Leadership & Project Management Own the planning, organization, execution, and measurement of Spot Zero's marketing initiatives while managing the marketing calendar, project pipeline, and competing priorities across multiple simultaneous projects. Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time, at a high standard, and aligned with business objectives. Identify bottlenecks, drive solutions, and continuously improve marketing processes and execution. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand content. Trade Shows & Events Lead the planning and execution of major industry events, including Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Palm Beach International Boat Show, Cannes Yachting Festival, METS Amsterdam, Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, dealer meetings, and training events. Manage all event-related activities including logistics coordination, booth preparation, promotional materials, lead capture processes, event reporting, and post-show follow-up. Brand, Content & Communications Maintain consistency across all customer-facing marketing channels while ensuring alignment between messaging, visuals, and brand standards. Develop content around water quality, desalination, reverse osmosis, spot-free water, system maintenance, vessel applications, troubleshooting, and industry best practices. Coordinate photography, video production, content creation, and content calendars across social media, email campaigns, websites, product launches, training initiatives, and dealer communications. Serve as a subject matter storyteller by transforming technical knowledge into engaging educational content that builds trust, improves search visibility, and positions Spot Zero as the authority in marine water treatment. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external creative partners to develop content supporting customers, dealers, OEM partners, and service providers throughout their buying and ownership journey. Website, Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manage website updates, enhancement projects, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and user experience improvements while coordinating with external web development partners. Collaborate with advertising partners to plan campaigns, monitor lead generation efforts, review performance metrics, and improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making. Monitor content, website, and campaign performance while identifying opportunities to improve engagement, traffic, lead generation, and overall marketing ROI. Product Launches & Performance Reporting Support product launches by coordinating launch assets, messaging, training materials, promotional campaigns, and supporting content that generate excitement around new technologies and innovations. Track and report marketing performance, monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI, provide recommendations for improvement, and develop regular reporting for leadership.
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing initiatives, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or other related field. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Experience managing relationships with external agencies, freelancers, vendors, and marketing partners to execute campaigns, content initiatives, and strategic projects. Proficiency with marketing, social media, website, and digital marketing platforms, along with the ability to analyze performance data and make informed recommendations. Preferred Experience within the marine, boating, yachting, luxury products, manufacturing, or related industries. Hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows, industry events, product launches, and customer-facing marketing initiatives. Familiarity with Shopify or similar website platforms, SEO best practices, and digital advertising management. Experience supporting content creation efforts, including photography, videography, content production, or coordination of creative resources.
