Position:
Field Marketing Manager (Canvassing) We are hiring an experienced canvassing leader to lead and grow our door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, bonuses, and overrides . Required Experience Proven canvassing leadership experience in Home Improvement or related industry (Canvassing Management experience is required) Strong coaching and team management skills Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers. Conduct regular meetings and coaching Develop and implement canvassing strategies Plan neighborhood mappings and route strategies Compensation Competitive Pay Performance Bonuses and Commission Team Overrides Earning Potential of $100K-$175
