This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, fast‑moving company where you can directly see the impact of your work. You will manage all marketing channels—Magazine Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Reddit, local print, home shows, and website content. You will report directly to the GM and work closely with Sales and Install teams to ensure consistent lead flow and brand alignment. Key Responsibilities Local Print Marketing Plan, launch, and optimize local magazine ad campaigns Manage daily budgets, ROAS, CPL, and conversion tracking Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok campaigns Manage daily budgets, ROAS, CPL, and conversion tracking Build landing pages and improve conversion rates Develop and manage the content calendar across all social platforms Brand & Creative Oversee brand consistency across all channels Create or coordinate graphics, brochures, and marketing materials Manage website updates and collaborate with external designers when needed Local Marketing & Events Plan and execute home show presence Manage magazine ads and local print buys Support community events and partnerships Reporting & Strategy Produce monthly marketing performance reports Track lead quality, cost per lead, and channel performance Recommend strategy adjustments based on data Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
Requirements Must Have:
3+ years experience in digital marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads required) Proven track record generating leads for local service businesses Strong analytics skills (GA4, Ads Manager, reporting dashboards) Ability to manage campaigns end‑to‑end (strategy → execution → reporting) Strong writing and content creation skills Nice to
Have:
Experience in home improvement, trades, or construction Home show or event marketing experience Basic web design or WordPress experience How to Apply Submit your resume, 2-3 examples of campaigns you've managed, and a brief 90‑day plan outlining how you would improve our lead flow.
