Overview We are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple online channels. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will drive growth through data-driven decision-making, creative campaign development, and effective team management. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels. Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic traffic. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI. Implement conversion optimization tactics to enhance user experience and increase lead generation across digital channels. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform strategic adjustments. Lead the development of marketing automation workflows to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic design, copywriting, web development (WordPress, HTML/CSS), and sales to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, E-commerce, and analytics to continuously refine strategies. Manage budgets for digital campaigns while ensuring optimal resource allocation. Requirements Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role with a focus on SEO tools, SEM (Google AdWords), social media management, and analytics platforms. Strong proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies. Expertise in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems like WordPress. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and performance tracking. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools. Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven strategies that improve conversion rates and campaign performance. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of marketers, designers, and developers effectively. Strong copywriting skills for compelling content across multiple formats. Knowledge of B2B marketing practices within diverse industries is advantageous. Ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
