Job Description
Sales & Marketing/ Administrator Full-Time Position Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales & Marketing Representative/Administrator to help grow our home care agency throughout the community. Approximately 90% of this role is focused on marketing, business development, networking, and generating new client referrals. The remaining responsibilities involve serving as the agency's designated Administrator and assisting with regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building relationships with decision makers at assisted living facilities, independent living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians' offices, senior centers, and other healthcare organizations. Responsibilities Develop referral relationships and generate new client leads Conduct facility visits, presentations, and community outreach Meet with healthcare professionals and community partners Implement marketing and business development initiatives Represent Acti-Kare at networking and community events Assist with agency compliance, documentation review, and survey readiness Be available for state inspections and surveys as required Required Qualifications Must qualify to serve as Administrator for a Florida licensed home care agency Must have at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in a licensed home health agency, hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility Must meet AHCA Level 2 background screening requirements Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Acti-Kare?
