Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategy for a major law firm. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in professional services marketing, preferably within a law firm environment, and strong expertise in HubSpot CRM management and digital campaign strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, increasing brand visibility, improving client engagement, and supporting business development initiatives through strategic marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the firm's HubSpot CRM platform, including workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and website platforms Oversee website content, SEO performance, and user experience improvements Create and maintain marketing automation campaigns and lead nurturing workflows Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, KPIs, lead generation metrics, and ROI Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on marketing initiatives and business development strategies Manage client communication and email marketing campaigns Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and marketing agencies as needed Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications Stay informed on legal marketing trends, CRM best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM implementation, administration, and automation Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy Experience managing marketing automation workflows and reporting dashboards Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in legal marketing and professional services marketing HubSpot certifications preferred Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing technology platforms Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress Knowledge of client acquisition and lead generation strategies Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance benefits Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
