The Manager, Marketing Execution plays a key role in driving flawless execution of product launches and promotional campaigns across our brands. This role involves cross-functional project management of all marketing initiatives, including Beta Tests, Market Tests, and National Rollouts. The Manager works collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Digital, Technology, Legal, Analytics, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of the marketing calendar. A successful candidate will bring proven experience managing complex timelines and cross-functional processes, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership from planning through execution. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week. Roles and Responsibilities:
Project & Campaign Management:
Lead end-to-end project management for product and promotion launches, including Beta, Market, and National Rollouts. Develop detailed action plans and execution strategies, ensuring effective implementation of high-traffic and revenue-driving initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create and refine project timelines, oversee asset production, and manage approval processes. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with various departments including Marketing, Operations, Digital, Technology, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless campaign execution. Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and product requirements. Serve as a central communication point, ensuring that franchisees and internal stakeholders are updated on current and upcoming campaigns. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and track campaign performance, utilizing data analytics to optimize strategies and provide actionable insights. Compile and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate success metrics and inform strategic decisions for future campaigns. Document learnings from each campaign and make recommendations for process improvements, implementing corrective actions as needed. Process Development & Optimization:
Develop standardized execution processes, templates, and checklists to support the scalability and efficiency of marketing initiatives. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a consistent focus on delivering quality results. Oversee commitment windows and ensure marketing activations align with overall business objectives. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Act as a strategic liaison between the field team, franchisees, and corporate teams, collecting feedback to enhance the marketing execution process. Support the preparation of content and presentations for strategic projects, delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide guidance and training to internal teams and franchisees on effective campaign execution. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience:
4+ years of experience in marketing execution, project management, or a related field within QSR, CPG, retail, or similar industries. Proven track record of managing cross-functional marketing campaigns from concept through execution. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Monday.com, MS Teams) is preferred. Soft Skills:
Strong project management skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including franchise partners and cross-functional teams. High level of problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset and ability to anticipate and address challenges. Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to guide decision-making. Experience with data analysis and performance tracking to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives. Travel Requirement:
