This position reports directly to ownership and offers the opportunity to help shape the growth and market presence of a unique development portfolio targeting affluent and high-net-worth buyers. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute overall brand and marketing strategy.
  • Create annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Establish measurable lead-generation objectives.
  • Oversee website strategy and digital presence.
  • Lead social media and content marketing efforts.
  • Manage search, digital advertising, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Implement and manage CRM and lead tracking systems.
  • Develop lead nurturing and marketing automation programs.
  • Develop media relationships and public relations opportunities.
  • Coordinate influencer and luxury lifestyle partnerships.
  • Oversee photography, videography, and creative production.
  • Manage advertising agencies, consultants, and creative vendors.
  • Develop campaigns supporting residential inventory, lot releases, and future development launches.
  • Track lead volume, cost per lead, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Deliver monthly executive marketing reports and recommendations. Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of senior marketing leadership experience.
  • Proven success marketing luxury real estate, resort, hospitality, branded residential, or luxury lifestyle projects.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise.
  • Demonstrated lead-generation success.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics.
