    • AR Summary The Regional Marketing & Advocacy Manager serves as the bridge between national brand strategy and locally relevant market execution across key influence markets.
    This role combines advocacy, prestige hospitality relationship-building, and regional marketing to elevate the Proximo Spirits portfolio within influential hospitality, luxury lifestyle, cultural, and high-value consumer ecosystems. Major Responsibilities/Activities The role was purpose-built to formalize a strategic gap between national programming and local market relevance. The position retains the category expertise and trade credibility developed through the Portfolio Ambassador model while adding structured regional marketing support, prestige hospitality engagement, luxury relationship development, and market customization responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a charismatic, polished storyteller with deep regional market knowledge, strong hospitality instincts, and the ability to build authentic relationships within luxury hospitality, cultural, and influential consumer communities. This is not a traditional sales role. The Regional Marketing & Advocacy Manager is designed to create influence, elevate brand prestige, strengthen advocacy, and support culturally relevant market execution across priority regions.
    Advocacy, Education & Trade Credibility:
    Estimated focus 40% of total job responsibilities Serve as a regional advocate and educator for the Proximo Spirits portfolio with deep category expertise across agave and whiskey. Deliver engaging spirits education, tastings, trainings, seminars, and hospitality experiences for bartenders, beverage leaders, distributor partners, and trade audiences. Build brand credibility through storytelling rooted in craftsmanship, heritage, connoisseurship, and culture. Support advocacy initiatives and strategic trade engagement opportunities across designated markets. Partner with distributor and sales teams to strengthen premium positioning and trade understanding. Represent the Proximo Spirits portfolio at national and regional trade events, hospitality activations, and industry experiences.
    Prestige Hospitality & Relationship Development:
    Estimated focus 30% of total job responsibilities Develop and cultivate relationships within prestige hospitality, private club, luxury lifestyle, concierge, culinary, golf, arts, entertainment, and cultural influence ecosystems. Build authentic relationships within affluent hospitality and high-value consumer communities across designated markets. Curate intimate luxury experiences, hosted tastings, bespoke events, and culturally relevant hospitality moments aligned to brand priorities. Partner with luxury venues, member-driven organizations, hospitality groups, and influential tastemakers. Support strategic engagement opportunities tied to high-value cultural and hospitality moments. Build long-term advocacy and influence networks that elevate brand visibility, credibility, and cultural relevance.
    Regional Market Customization & Marketing Execution:
    Estimated focus 25% of total job responsibilities Serve as the bridge between national brand strategy and locally relevant market execution. Translate national programs into culturally relevant regional executions aligned to market dynamics and hospitality ecosystems. Identify strategic local opportunities, partnerships, and activations that support regional growth priorities. Support regional rollout and execution of national marketing initiatives, trainings, and hospitality experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Commercial Planning, Sales, and distributor partners. Provide market intelligence, cultural insights, competitive observations, and recap reporting to leadership. Serve as the regional voice of the market.
    Cultural Influence & Hospitality Visibility:
    Estimated focus 5% of total job responsibilities Identify locally relevant tastemakers, hospitality trends, and cultural opportunities that support brand growth. Support regionally relevant storytelling tied to activations, partnerships, and luxury experiences. Participate in select media, podcast, seminar, and hospitality-facing opportunities. Surface locally relevant people, partnerships, and moments that strengthen brand storytelling and prestige positioning.
    Role Requirements Financial & Administrative Requirements:
    Effectively forecast and allocate program resources against brand commitments. Manage owned budgets. Timely and accurate submission of all expenses. Timely submission of required program documents and deliverables. Timely and accurate submission of all weekly activity reporting. Timely and accurate submission of all monthly recaps.
    Transportation Requirements:
    Must have a personal vehicle that can be used for business purposes Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and adequate insurance. Must be willing to travel utilizing various modes of transportation including air, motor vehicle, rail, and maritime transport, depending on the destination and logistics
    Essential Physical & Cognitive Functions:
    Strong oral and written communication skills Observes associate, customer/member, or supplier behavior. Enters and locates information on computer. Creates documents, reports, and event recaps. Ability to lift weight more than 25 lbs. Ability to carry weight more than 25 lbs. Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to pick up and transport Point of Sale (POS), event equipment, and product. Additional Comments This is a full-time position based on an annual contract between Brand Activate and Proximo.
