Position Summary Braxus Entertainment Group is seeking a driven, organized, and results-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, oversee marketing initiatives, and help scale multiple brands within our organization. This role is responsible for managing sales performance, developing marketing strategies, supporting team accountability, improving customer acquisition, and ensuring a consistent brand experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, data-driven, and capable of managing both people and processes in a fast-paced event and entertainment environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Manage and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals Track individual and company sales performance metrics Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews Develop outbound sales initiatives and lead generation strategies Assist with pricing strategy, proposal development, and large account negotiations Monitor pipeline activity and ensure proper CRM usage and follow-up standards Improve conversion rates, average order values, and customer retention Marketing & Brand Management Develop and execute marketing campaigns across all Braxus brands Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, email campaigns, and digital advertising Coordinate branding consistency across websites, print materials, trade shows, and online platforms Work alongside designers, content creators, and outside vendors when needed Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on ROI and engagement Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement Team Management & Accountability Help recruit, onboard, and train sales staff Create accountability systems and KPI tracking for the sales department Assist in developing SOPs, scripts, and training materials Ensure strong communication between sales, logistics, operations, and customer service teams Maintain a high-performance culture focused on professionalism, urgency, and customer experience Customer Experience Ensure clients receive timely communication and accurate information Support escalation management for high-value or sensitive accounts Help maintain strong relationships with recurring customers, schools, cities, corporations, and event planners Identify ways to improve the customer journey from inquiry to event completion Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales management, marketing management, or related leadership roles Strong understanding of sales processes, digital marketing, and customer relationship management Experience managing teams and performance metrics Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing analytics Event industry experience is a plus but not required Preferred Skills Leadership and team development Sales strategy and closing Social media marketing Email marketing CRM management Branding and campaign development Data analysis and reporting Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance bonuses and incentives Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Paid time off and holidays Access to company events and industry networking opportunities
