7+ years across ecommerce, performance marketing, and digital growth About Great Innovations & iFLO™ iFLO™ is a market disruptor in the preventive smart home, HVAC, septic, and appliance cleaning categories. Our patented iFLO® Smart Automated AC Drain Line Cleaning System and iFLO® Automatic Septic Maintenance System are first-of-their-kind IoT solutions that address two of the most common and costly home maintenance issues: A/C breakdowns, water damage, and septic system failures. Under the Great Innovations umbrella, we operate several brands across household cleaning and adjacent categories. We operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment in which data drives every decision and individual accountability for outcomes is required. The Role The Director of Growth & Ecommerce is responsible for ecommerce, growth, and digital marketing across iFLO™ and the Great Innovations brand portfolio, while leading the marketing department. This is the senior-most marketing position in the business, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Director will run ecommerce, paid media, lifecycle marketing, Amazon, and brand marketing through a combination of internal resources, AI-enabled workflows, and a roster of external digital marketing agencies. The Director is responsible for managing all external agency relationships and is accountable for the performance of every dollar spent through them. Responsibilities Digital P&L. Own revenue, blended CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin, and marketing efficiency across DTC, Amazon, retail.com, and emerging channels. Build and present the annual and quarterly growth plan to the COO and executive team. Ecommerce. Manage the Shopify storefronts end-to-end, including site experience, merchandising, PDP performance, conversion rate optimization, subscription and bundle strategy, the tech stack, and the analytics infrastructure. Performance Marketing. Set strategy and channel-level performance targets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon Ads, programmatic, CTV, and retail media networks. Own budget allocation, attribution, and incrementality testing. Lifecycle & Retention. Manage email, SMS, subscription, and reactivation programs across the brand portfolio, including segmentation, automation flows, and the LTV expansion roadmap. Amazon & Marketplace. Set growth strategy across Amazon and other marketplaces, including organic ranking, paid placement, content quality, and review velocity. Brand & Digital Marketing. Direct brand voice, content strategy, organic social, and the digital expression of iFLO and the broader brand portfolio. External Agency Management. Manage all external digital marketing agency relationships across paid media, retention, Amazon, creative, SEO, and any future partners. Set scorecards, run weekly performance reviews, approve scopes of work, and hire or replace partners based on results. AI-Enabled Operations. Build and operate the AI workflows used across the marketing function, including copy, creative production, audience research, attribution analysis, and merchandising support. Reporting. Own the marketing reporting stack and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance readouts to the executive team. Qualifications Experience. 7 or more years across ecommerce, performance marketing, or digital growth, including direct responsibility for a marketing P&L. Background in DTC consumer products is required. Experience in smart home, HVAC, IoT, or adjacent categories is preferred. Ecommerce. Hands-on experience operating Shopify, Recharge or equivalent subscription platform, GA4, Klaviyo or equivalent ESP, and the major ad platforms. Analytical Rigor. Fluency in unit economics, cohort analysis, LTV modeling, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling. Agency Management. Documented experience as the primary client managing multiple agency partners, including scoping engagements, setting performance targets, and replacing partners when required. AI Proficiency. Active use of AI tools to deliver marketing work that would otherwise require additional headcount. Demonstrated point of view on where AI replaces, augments, or sits alongside agency resources. Amazon. Working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Brand Registry, organic ranking levers, and the marketplace operating model. Communication. Ability to present performance and strategy directly to the COO and executive team with a clear narrative and clear recommendations. Preferred Experience Launching or scaling a smart home, IoT, or connected hardware product. Retail media networks including Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, or Walmart Connect. Operating across a multi-brand portfolio. Working with a Pro, contractor, or trade channel in addition to consumer DTC.Benefits & Compensation Salary:
