Marketing About Exit Technologies Exit Technologies is the go-to ITAD partner for high-performance and enterprise-scale technology environments. Our mission is to make IT asset disposition effortless — delivering expert recovery and redistribution so our clients can focus on what they do best. Our vision is to become the global ITAD standard that maximizes asset recovery, safeguards brands, and puts value back into the economy. We specialize in the dense, high-value, complex computing environments others can't handle: AI compute and acceleration-cloud providers, GPU-as-a-Service platforms, foundation model labs, VFX and CGI studios with in-house render farms, SaaS and web-hosting providers, healthcare systems requiring certified data destruction, and liquidators managing distressed-asset technology. Marketing's job is to make Exit the default name these organizations think of when they retire IT. Role Summary The Marketing Director is the senior marketing leader responsible for building, directing, and evolving Exit Technologies' marketing function in direct alignment with our Go-To-Market strategy. This role owns brand positioning, demand generation, content strategy, vertical marketing, and client-experience programs. As an early-stage player-coach, you'll both set strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute — standing the function up while you scale it. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, annual marketing plan, and budget aligned to GTM objectives across Exit's go-to-market segments — recyclers/ITAD partners, systems integrators, and data center/enterprise clients. Lead brand positioning and messaging across segments, differentiating Exit on its R2 certification, proprietary repair capabilities, certified data security, and proven value recovery for high- performance infrastructure. Drive vertical marketing for Exit's highest-value niches — AI & HPC
(acceleration-cloud, GPU-as-a- Service, foundation model labs), media & entertainment (VFX/CGI render farms), cloud & data infrastructure (SaaS and hosting), regulated healthcare, and financial/restructuring partners — with targeted content, LinkedIn community engagement, and an event/conference strategy. Build and manage the marketing team, establishing clear roles, OKRs, and a culture of accountability. Oversee Exit's digital presence, including website strategy, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, and content- marketing execution. Develop and maintain sales-enablement materials:
segment-specific pitch decks, email sequences, one-pagers, scripts, and objection-handling guides. Define and manage co-marketing and partner programs with co-location data centers, systems integrators, and recycler alliances. Establish marketing-analytics infrastructure and report to leadership on pipeline contribution, content performance, and campaign ROI. Collaborate with external reps to build outreach campaigns and lead-generation programs for their respective focus areas. Oversee the build-out of CRM and marketing-automation foundations in partnership with Operations. Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing spend. Required Qualifications 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in demand generation and content marketing within technology, ITAD, hardware, data center, or related industries. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Expertise in digital marketing:
website management, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and SEO. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for both technical and business audiences. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing-automation tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing within ITAD, IT
asset disposition, data center hardware, or sustainability/circular-economy sectors. Familiarity with HPC, GPU
computing, financial-services technology, or enterprise data center environments. Experience building a marketing function from the ground up in a growth-stage company. How We Work — Our Core Values Our values spell who we are: Exceed — We're precise, thorough, and committed to high-quality results every time. We don't just meet expectations — we redefine them.
