Media Marketing Director (Full-Time)

We are seeking a full-time Media Marketing Director who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to build, grow, and become a long-term leader within our organization. The Opportunity This is not a freelance or side role. This is a full-time, in-house leadership position overseeing marketing strategy across our entire restaurant group. You will work directly with ownership and leadership to shape the digital identity, storytelling, and growth strategy of multiple restaurant concepts. Key Responsibilities Brand & Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all restaurant concepts Maintain consistent brand identity while tailoring campaigns to each location Position each concept strategically within its market Content Creation & Media Produce high-quality video and photo content for social media and advertising Oversee creative direction for all digital content Capture in-store content and special events Social Media & Community Growth Manage and grow platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms Create engaging campaigns that drive foot traffic and repeat business Build local brand authority and online community presence Advertising & Promotions Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) Develop promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations Track ROI and optimize for performance Email & Direct Marketing Design and execute email and SMS campaigns Re-engage past guests and increase customer retention Analytics & Optimization Track performance metrics across platforms Interpret data to improve campaign effectiveness Present growth insights and recommendations to leadership What We're Looking For We want someone skilled — but also someone serious about growth. Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising Strong video creation and editing skills Deep understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies Experience running paid advertising campaigns Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously Creative thinker with strong execution ability Professional, punctual, and self-motivated Ideal Candidate Profile You're not looking for a short-term stepping stone.
