Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals. Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, enabling proactive engagement and reputation management. Manage social media advertising campaigns using platforms like Facebook Advertising and Hootsuite to maximize reach and ROI. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through tools such as Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, content creators, public relations specialists, and e-commerce managers to ensure cohesive messaging. Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, and tone. Oversee relationship management with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members to foster positive public relations. Use Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop and Illustrator for basic graphic design tasks; edit videos with video editing software to produce engaging multimedia content. Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes and improve organic search rankings. Manage social media management tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and streamlining workflow. Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, social media innovations, and platform algorithms to keep strategies fresh and effective. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management combined with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design; experience with video editing software is a plus. Hands-on experience with social listening tools, Google Analytics, SEO techniques, and web analytics platforms. Skilled in content creation across various formats including photography, videography, copywriting, and graphic design. Knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager; experience with paid campaigns is highly desirable. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft compelling messaging aligned with branding standards. Strong relationship management skills to engage influencers, media contacts, partners, and community members effectively. Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite for efficient content deployment. Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns continuously; understanding of keyword research for SEO enhancement. Enthusiastic team player capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
