This organization has experienced remarkable growth and is building a best-in-class collection of upscale properties and experiences throughout some of Florida's most desirable leisure destinations. Compensation & Benefits :
$120,000 - $140,000 base salary, medical and dental coverage, 401(k), PTO, personal and sick days, paid holidays, life insurance, STD/LTD, and more. Local candidates are preferred; however, exceptional candidates with relevant market experience will be considered. Position Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, direct bookings, and long-term growth. Lead all aspects of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns. Oversee content creation, creative direction, photography, video, and storytelling to ensure a premium and consistent brand experience across all channels. Optimize property listings and merchandising across major online travel platforms and direct booking channels to maximize conversion and revenue. Build strategic partnerships with local attractions, tourism organizations, influencers, and industry partners to expand brand reach. Create owner-facing collateral, lead-generation initiatives, and marketing programs that support continued portfolio growth and expansion. Establish key performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and attribution models to ensure marketing efforts deliver measurable ROI. Partner closely with operations, revenue management, business development, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Manage external agencies and vendors while helping build and develop the internal marketing function over time. Position Requirements Minimum of 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, luxury lifestyle, vacation rental, or related industries. Proven success building and scaling premium consumer brands while driving measurable revenue growth. Hands-on expertise across the modern marketing ecosystem, including paid media, SEO, CRM, email automation, social media, content strategy, analytics, and creative production. Experience optimizing performance across major OTA channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies. Demonstrated ability to build lead-generation funnels and marketing programs that support business growth and partner acquisition. Exceptional communication, editorial, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Entrepreneurial "builder" mentality with experience creating processes and scalable systems in high-growth environments. Florida-based candidates are strongly preferred, with willingness to spend time in-market and at properties as needed.
