Duties Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on multichannel marketing including digital, social media, print, and e-commerce platforms Lead content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy, overseeing content calendars, and ensuring messaging consistency across all channels Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and WordPress Oversee advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital advertising sales channels Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and optimize performance marketing efforts Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or services Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, analyze data for insights, and adjust tactics to maximize ROI Manage budgets effectively while coordinating creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite for impactful visual content Foster team collaboration with cross-functional departments including sales, product development, and creative teams Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on multichannel campaigns Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and print advertising Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising tools and marketing automation platforms Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging tailored to different audiences Demonstrated success in managing advertising sales initiatives and developing effective sales strategies Experience with e-commerce platforms and product management processes is highly desirable Excellent research skills coupled with analytical thinking to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making Ability to manage budgets efficiently while delivering measurable results in performance marketing campaigns Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Join us as a Senior Marketing Manager if you're passionate about crafting innovative marketing solutions that make a real impact!
