Job Description
Job Description Our client is looking for a senior digital platform leader to own end‑to‑end enablement of marketing technologies and public consumer‑facing digital experiences. This role partners closely with Marketing, Analytics, IT, Warranty, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors to deliver SEO execution, analytics, custom integrations, product registration experiences, and enterprise application ownership that support core business needs. - Own execution and enablement of digital marketing platforms and public consumer‑facing websites
- Provide day‑to‑day product ownership for CMS platforms, including site structure, templates, localization, and optimization
- Partner with Marketing and SEO agencies to ensure technical SEO requirements are implemented and maintained
- Support SEO initiatives across migrations, redesigns, and content changes while protecting search performance
- Own digital analytics configuration and governance, ensuring GA4 and related tools are correctly implemented
- Partner with Analytics teams to support dashboards, reporting, and executive readouts
- Act as the digital platform owner for product registration sites
- Serve as Business Application Owner and digital liaison for product history / warranty data platforms, supporting integrations and compliance needs
- Manage and prioritize custom digital integrations supporting marketing and consumer applications
- Provide direction and prioritization to developers and contractors delivering digital platform work
- Coordinate testing, releases, and production deployments with IT and platform teams
- Manage relationships with digital marketing and analytics vendors in partnership with Procurement
- Act as a cross‑functional liaison across Marketing, IT, Analytics, Warranty, Legal, and external partners
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts across digital platforms and integrations
Pay Rate:

- Strong technical SEO execution experience (metadata, redirects, site structure, page performance, migrations)
- Ownership of public‑facing, high‑traffic consumer websites within a marketing or digital organization
- Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, site architecture, content templates, and localization support
- Experience partnering with SEO agencies and translating SEO strategy into technical implementation
- Digital analytics ownership experience, including GA4 configuration, tagging, governance, and data quality
- Experience owning or supporting product registration platforms and downstream data consumers
- Familiarity with warranty systems or product history data, including how data is surfaced to internal teams and consumers
- Experience managing custom digital integrations between consumer websites, backend systems, and third‑party platforms
- Salesforce or CRM experience supporting customer or consumer journeys
- Proven ability to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and guide delivery for developers and contractors Strong cross‑functional partnership with Marketing, IT, Analytics, Warranty, Legal, and external vendors
- Experience acting as a Business Application Owner for enterprise digital or data platforms
- Direct experience supporting product history databases or warranty‑related systems
- Experience managing vendor contracts, SOWs, renewals, and delivery quality
- Experience supporting marketing automation inputs, call‑tracking integrations, and conversion tooling
- Experience coordinating digital delivery across compliance, accessibility, security, and performance standards
- SAFe PO / POPM or similar Agile certification
