Digital Marketing & Brand Manager Location:

Kane's Furniture Store Support Center (Pinellas Park, FL) Position Purpose Are you a creative storyteller who is just as comfortable in front of a camera as you are managing a budget? Kane's Furniture is looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to be the voice, face, and digital architect of our brand. You'll be the "right hand" to our Marketing Leadership, managing our total marketing spend, starring in our social videos, and ensuring our 77-year legacy stays fresh and trendy for today's shoppers. What You'll Do Every Week 1. Be the "Face" of Kane's (Content Creation) Star in

Videos:

Script, film, and star in Reels and TikToks. You'll host showroom tours, share design tips, and jump on the latest social trends.

Design & Write:

Create 2-3 emails per week that aren't about sales. You'll focus on lifestyle, home inspiration, and brand storytelling.

Social Posts:

Design eye-catching carousels and posts that make people stop scrolling. 2. Manage the "Math" (Ads & Budgets)

Paid Ads:

Run our Meta and TikTok ad accounts. You'll make sure our ads look great and that the "deals" we promise are crystal clear.

The Big Budget:

You'll work with the CMO to track all marketing spending. You'll keep an eye on every dollar to make sure we're spending wisely. The "Google"

Side:

Keep our Google Business Profiles and YouTube channel updated so customers can find us easily. 3. Lead the Strategy (Reporting & Tech) Tell the Story of the

Data:

Create simple "Marketing Week Snapshots" and monthly reports to show the CEO how our digital work is driving people into our stores.

Collaborate:

Work with our IT team on website tracking and our Merchandising team to make sure the furniture we show off is actually in stock.

Use AI Wisely:

Strictly maintain the authenticity of our furniture lifestyle images. AI may be used for background extensions or atmosphere, but the physical product, branding, and storytelling must remain 100% accurate and human-verified. Who You Are A "Natural" on

Camera:

You have a great personality and love being the host of a video.

A Content Pro:

You're a wizard with CapCut and Canva (or Adobe).

Technically Savvy:

You know your way around Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

Detail-Oriented:

You're great with a spreadsheet and can explain a budget to a CMO without breaking a sweat.

A Storyteller:

You understand that "Brand Awareness" is just as important as a "Big Sale." What We Need to See in
