Key Responsibilities End-to-End Experience Management Take full ownership of the patient and HCP journey across proprietary platforms, including transaction flows such as checkout, refills, and related communications Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints Regularly evaluate platform performance and user experience to ensure it aligns with expectations and standards Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, or friction points and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them Continuously refine and enhance the experience in line with evolving business needs and industry best practices Cross-Functional Alignment Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure coordinated execution Translate high-level marketing strategies into clear execution plans, timelines, and briefs Ensure consistency in messaging and delivery across all channels and teams Customer Journey & Campaign Execution Develop and manage comprehensive journey maps for both patients and healthcare providers Identify gaps in engagement and prioritize improvements that drive better user experiences Oversee multi-channel campaign planning, ensuring proper sequencing and timing of communications Manage campaign calendars across channels including email, digital, in-clinic, and direct outreach Ensure campaigns deliver cohesive messaging throughout the customer lifecycle Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor and analyze campaign and channel performance within the omnichannel ecosystem Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics and insights Use data to optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and guide investment decisions Continuously improve engagement strategies based on customer behavior and performance trends Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, or customer experience management Proven track record of managing integrated customer journeys across multiple platforms or channels Strong understanding of customer or patient journey mapping and experience optimization Experience managing both transactional and promotional communications Hands-on exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign management platforms Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights Experience conducting audits, building reporting frameworks, and maintaining process standards Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on brand alignment and experience quality Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Exposure to regulated sectors such as healthcare, dermatology, or pharmaceuticals Familiarity with modern martech ecosystems and headless CMS environments Experience working with proprietary or in-house platforms Collaboration experience with field teams or provider-facing sales organizations Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and their role in scaling omnichannel delivery Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
