Job Description:
BRIX Coffee & Plant Energy is a fast-growing coffee and plant-based beverage brand focused on premium ingredients, clean energy, and a great customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to help grow our brand, increase customer traffic, and expand our product reach.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and promotions Promote new drinks, specials, and events Run and manage social media advertising campaigns Develop marketing strategies to increase store traffic and brand awareness Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers Help promote and expand BRIX Plant Energy products to other locations Create marketing materials such as flyers, promotions, and digital ads
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation Strong communication and creative skills Ability to create engaging photo and video content Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing tools Self-motivated and able to generate new marketing ideas
