Job Description
Product Marketing Manager Bring Our Products to Life for the Scientists Who Need Them Why This Role Matters Scientists can't buy what they don't understand. Create and produce regular merch drops that grow company brand awareness and build team culture, creating touchpoints that keep Filtrous top of mind. Problems You Will Solve Products sit unnoticed: Thousands of lab supplies sit in the catalog without clear, compelling descriptions, so scientists can't tell what they're looking at and pass over products they might otherwise buy.
Unreliable product pages:
Many product pages carry wrong, incomplete, or missing descriptions, specifications, and prices, which confuses buyers and turns them away at the moment they're ready to purchase.
Thin organic traffic:
Without a steady flow of helpful blog posts and application notes, the site ranks poorly in search and few new scientists discover Filtrous on their own.
Stale website content:
Product photos, the home page, and landing pages go unrefreshed, so visitors see neglected-looking pages that fail to spotlight current priorities and weaken trust in the brand.
Forgettable brand:
Filtrous has little presence beyond the moment of a sale, so labs rarely remember the company and every new deal starts from scratch instead of from recognition.
