Air Ducts Plus isn't your average HVAC company. We're a home performance and HVAC diagnostics team built on one core principle:
  • Test Before You Guess.
  • While most companies in our industry sell parts and hope for the best, we measure airflow, static pressure, combustion safety, and system performance before we ever recommend a fix.
That diagnostic-first approach has made us a trusted name across the Gulf Coast, and now we're scaling fast, with a clear path toward becoming a $5M+ home performance leader in our market. We just launched a multi-tier Home Performance Membership Program, and we're building a referral partner network that will define our next stage of growth. We need a senior-level marketing and partnership professional who can own both sides of that equation: building real relationships with referral partners (real estate agents, home inspectors, contractors, property managers) and running the marketing engine that turns those relationships, and our membership program, into revenue. If you're tired of "marketing for marketing's sake" and want to work somewhere that measures results the same way it measures airflow, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do :
  • Build and manage a referral partner network (realtors, home inspectors, builders, property managers) from prospecting through long-term account management
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns, partner onboarding materials, and co-marketing opportunities
  • Own marketing for our Home Performance Membership Program, including email campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional content
  • Track partner-sourced leads and revenue, reporting on what's working and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Hit clear 30/60/90-day ramp-up targets for new partner relationships and partner-sourced revenue , this role is expected to generate measurable return from early on, not just build long-term relationships
  • Represent
TIES 360
at local networking events, trade associations, and community functions
  • Collaborate with leadership on positioning, messaging, and growth strategy as we scale toward $5M in revenue
What You Bring :
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or partnership management, home services, construction, or real estate-adjacent industries strongly preferred
  • A proven track record of building referral or channel partner relationships that convert to revenue
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating marketing materials and pitching partners face-to-face
  • Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently while collaborating closely with ownership
  • A performance-driven mindset, you measure your own success by partner-sourced revenue and closed business, not just meetings held or relationships started
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing platforms (email, social, light design)
  • A genuine interest in indoor air quality, HVAC, or home performance is a major plus
Compensation & Benefits :
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission on partner-sourced revenue, this is a performance-based role where your earnings grow directly with the business you generate
  • A short ramp period to build your pipeline, with clear revenue benchmarks at 30/60/90 days
